We’ll sit down to chat about your health history, current habits, and big-picture goals. This is how we identify realistic action steps tailored specifically to your lifestyle.

We use the InBody body composition device to get a baseline beyond just the scale. We’ll look at:
Skeletal Muscle Mass: Understanding your muscle health- muscle is your metabolic currency so it’s in every clients goal to fall within the healthy range..
Fat Mass Distribution: If weight loss is a goal, we can see realistically how much fat loss would help you fall into the healthy range.
Tracking Growth: If you join us, we use these metrics to celebrate "non-scale victories" like gaining muscle or losing body fat.
4. Low-Key Movement Assessment
Don't worry—you won't be doing a high-intensity workout. We’ll simply walk through a few movements to check your flexibility and range of motion and assess your current strengths. This ensures that any program we design for you starts off safe and is effective.
